SOS Terzo Mondo ETS guarantees absolute compliance with legal regulations regarding privacy rights (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and integrations; EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)).

Unless expressed otherwise, the data you provide will be used exclusively to keep you informed about the progress of humanitarian assistance projects sponsored by us, as well as to provide documentation related to your support, to monitor the quality of service provided by us, and to report solidarity initiatives of SOS Terzo Mondo ETS.

Any correspondence and exchange of photographs between you and the supported individuals will be treated with the same confidentiality criteria, and your consent is a necessary condition.

Therefore, we will not use the data you provide for purposes other than those related to the service you have joined.

The processing is carried out through operations provided for by European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) with the aid of computer tools and is carried out by personnel of SOS Terzo Mondo ETS in charge of processing.

The acquisition of data that have been or may be requested from you is essential to activate and manage a long-distance support relationship and for all future operations of your interest. If you object to providing your personal data, we would be unable to provide you with information regarding your donations in support of SOS Terzo Mondo ETS projects.

Relations with third parties, including the countries where the supported individuals live, will provide adequate guarantees to implement technical and organisational measures useful for meeting the requirements of the Regulation and ensuring the protection of your rights.

Your data will be kept by our Organisation for the period necessary for managing information about activities for vulnerable people supported by our projects, as well as for awareness-raising activities.

You have the right to exercise the rights provided by the Regulation, namely:
